Introduction
In 2026, design is not just about screens and buttons. The real experience is much larger than wireframes and flows. Today we need to look at design from three new angles:
PX = Product Experience
AiX = AI Experience
MX = Mood/Emotional Experience
1️⃣ PX — The Complete Product Experience
UX often focuses on the interface. PX goes further: how I feel about the product from the moment of subscription, to billing, to technical support.
Example: In one of the fintech projects, the issue was not in the click path, the problem was ina lack of transparency in pricingand cold official emails with support links buried in a chatbot. The interface is excellent, but PX is failing.
💡 The lesson:UX lives in the interface, PX lives in trust.
2️⃣ AiX — The AI Experience
AI is not an "additional feature"; it has become the heart of the experience. However, many teams still design it as if it were a slot machine: you write a prompt and hope for the best.
From my experiences with models, I learned three rules:
Give the user control:The option to "regenerate" or "adjust the tone" turns chaos into confidence.
Explain the magic:Like Spotify when it says:“Because you played X”. Transparency equals credibility.
Talk like a human:Instead of "Error 409", say "There was a small error, please try again in a moment."
💡 The lesson:AiX is not a showcase… it is making AI predictable enough to build trust.
3️⃣ MX — The Emotional Experience
Sometimes just changing an error message can completely change the mood.
Before:"No results found."
After:"No results for these dates… would you like to try flexible options?"
The job is the same, but the experience is completely different.
MX appears in:
A blank screen that encourages rather than frustrates.
A small animation that makes waiting easier.
A surprising touch that makes you smile at 2 AM.
💡 The lesson:We can't easily measure MX... but the user always feels it.
🎯 In summary: design through three lenses
PX:Is the product cohesive and does it convey confidence in every touch?
AiX:Is the artificial intelligence clear and controllable?
MX:Does the experience leave a positive emotional impact even during problems?
Today, I don't test a product without reviewing all three. If one is missing, the whole experience feels incomplete.
